Location in relation to the infrastructure
• If you forgot to bring something essential, you might find it in the small village store.
• Bodental has a number of very good restaurants:
• Bodenbauer
• Lausegger
• Kirchenwirt (10 minutes by car)
• Ferlach (about 15 minutes by car): 2 banks, a hair salon, bakery, butcher's shop, a Spar store, Billa, Hofer, etc..
• Klagenfurt (about 30 minutes by car): All kinds of shopping facilities, from chic designer shops to various hardware stores, here you'll find everything you could wish for. And the Klagenfurt Airport can be reached within 40 minutes.
Location in relation to activities
• An almost 5000m² large property = chill out and relax without being disturbed
• Numerous hiking trails run past the property at some point
e.g. the Ogrisalm, Klagenfurter Hütte, Märchenwiese, Meerauge, etc.
• If you're here during the winter, you can walk to the ski slope and cross-country ski trails

Das Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft mit bestem Panoramablick in ruhiger, idyllischer Landschaft. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll sowie sauber und funktional eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohl dort fühlen kann. Besonders genossen haben wir die vielen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Freien wie den Balkon, die Terasse und natürlich die große Wiese ums Haus. Auch die Sauna an Regentagen ist eine tolle Sache. Das Ferienhaus ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung und als Kraftquelle wunderbar geeignet. Sehr schön sind auch die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an die vielen Badeseen in der Umgebung und nach Klagenfurt. Wir sind rundum begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Mit bestem Dank und vielen Grüßen Dr. Schirmohammadi
