The recently renovated Casa Oreggi provides a lovely setting for a relaxing holiday for 2-7 guests. In front of the house, there is a terrace with a grill and a wood-fired pizza oven that bakes excellent pizzas. The garden features a large pool, which is also accessible to guests of the neighboring house. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area with a fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, a large dining table, and a comfortably equipped kitchenette. The windows offer views over olive groves and the beautiful Ligurian landscape.
Downstairs is the bright bathroom with a shower and access to a terrace that enjoys morning sun, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with three sleeping places). Both bedrooms open onto the roof terrace, which boasts a very nice view and plenty of sun from morning until evening. The furniture and decor have been lovingly selected to create a cozy, Mediterranean atmosphere.
In the garden house, you'll find a washing machine, sun umbrella, garden furniture, etc. There is parking available on the property for your car, as well as 2 reserved parking spaces at the entrance. You can access the holiday home either via a narrow road below the house and then drive directly onto the property, or you can park at the beginning of the street and walk the remaining distance (about 100m).

In the vicinity, there's a small river with swimming holes that carries water even in the summer and is wonderfully refreshing.
The pool and washing machine are shared with the neighboring house.
Casa Oreggi is located in the charming village of Tavole on a quiet residential street. The neighborhood consists of other private houses with beautiful gardens. Tavole is a Ligurian village rich in tradition. The location is peaceful, with no car traffic within earshot. The village has a very good restaurant, and the nearest shops, post office, etc., are in Molino di Prela, 5 minutes away.
The holiday home features a lovely garden with olive and lemon trees, as well as a large terrace that enjoys plenty of sunshine from late morning until evening. From here, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of olive groves, wooded hills, and typical small villages.
A car is recommended. However, the house can also be reached by bus.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list. The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or not in the amount calculated.
