Wir waren jetzt zum 3 mal in Cape Coral. Mit diesem Haus wurde die Sauberkeit leider nicht so genau genommen. Es wurde angeboten das die Putzfrau noch einmal kommen könnte aber das macht den ersten Eindruck auch nicht besser. Der Gasgrill verrostet wird lt. Vermieterin 1 x im Jahr erneuert. Da hatten wir eben Pech. Mülleimer in der Küche ohne Deckel, was sehr unhygienisch ist (nicht wie im Internet abgebildet mit Deckel). 1/3 der Reinigungskosten wurde uns erstattet. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Pool okay.

Wir sind nicht die großen Hotel Freunde sondern immer auf der Suche nach besonderen Ferienunterkünften. Dieses Haus war ein Volltreffer -Ausstattung ,Umgebung, Pool, Einweisung - alles top. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten mit dem Auto , zu Fuß oder Fahrrad zu erkunden. Jeden Morgen mit dem Fahrrad den deutschen Bäcker ansteuern war klasse. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist es sicher cool das vorhandene Boot zu mieten.( Kanal und Bootsanleger direkt hinterm Haus ) Auch der vorherige Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war sehr angenehm, vielen Dank.
