Das Haus, in dem wir wohnten, war seit Wochen nicht gereinigt, nicht gepflegt und nicht kinderfreundlich. Ich habe diesbezüglich eine E-Mail gesendet und eine Rückerstattung erwartet, aber meine E-Mail wurde einfach ignoriert.
Dann werde ich die gleichen Punkte hier noch einmal auflisten, damit zukünftige Mieter wissen, wo sie übernachten.
Erstens war das Besteck in der Schublade nicht sauber.
Wir empfanden die Heizung als gefährlich für kleine Kinder. Wir hatten ein 1-jähriges Baby, das gerade laufen konnte. Die Heizung war brütend heiß und nicht abgeschirmt, was es für sie sehr unsicher machte.
Wir fanden es schwierig, die Heizung zu regulieren. Es war das ganze Wochenende über sehr warm. Ein Handbuch wäre nützlich gewesen.
Als wir ankamen, brannte unten noch überall das Licht, aber wir mussten den Energiestand am Ende unseres Aufenthalts aufschreiben …
Das Schlimmste und worüber wir am meisten unglücklich sind, ist, dass es nicht gereinigt wurde. Es schien, als wäre es seit Wochen nicht gereinigt worden. Schade, dass ich hier keine Anhänge hinzufügen kann. 1 Staub oder Spinnennetz kann man übersehen, aber wir haben sie überall gefunden. Während wir die Betten machten, liefen wir in ein Netz nach dem anderen. In vielen Netzen hingen sogar tote Spinnen. Wir können verstehen, dass nach der morgendlichen Reinigung abends noch eine lebende Spinne auftaucht. Aber in einem Raum haben wir mindestens 15 Spinnen getötet oder beseitigt und wir hatten sie noch nicht alle. Sogar tote Motten an der Wand und Blutflecken von toten Insekten.
Zwei Wochen nach unserem Aufenthalt bekam ich endlich unsere Anzahlung zurück. Ich habe bisher weder eine Entschädigung noch eine Antwort auf unsere Beschwerden erhalten.

Bei der Ankunft befanden sich jedoch etwa 200 Fliegen im Haus. Ich musste in derselben Woche ständig Sport treiben, um alle Fliegen zu vertreiben. Endergebnis: 200+/- getötete Fliegen, kein schöner Anblick.
