The house has a backyard where you can find an area with lawn and a table with chairs to enjoy meals or outdoor dinners on the fixed barbecue. There is also an outdoor shower so you can cool off on hot summer days. At the entrance of the house you will find a cozy terrace ideal for a glass of wine or read a good book.
The house offers a large space of 250 m2. It has a huge, bright living room which shares the same space with the dining room, and features air conditioning, a dining table with chairs and a comfortable sofa with two armchairs to have a good nap or relax after an intense day of beach. There is a second living room with two sofas. The independent kitchen with vitro hob, has all the necessary utensils to be able to prepare comfortably your best dishes, and also offers a table with chairs. The laundry is independent and has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three rooms; one of them with double bed, another with a single bed, and the third one with two single beds; all equipped with fans. There are two spacious and comfortable bathrooms with shower. If you travel with a baby we will provide you with a crib and highchair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
Tourist tax: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from November 1 until April 30.
