The detached villa is distinguished by its elegant architecture, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful location.
On the ground floor, there is a large and luxurious living room with a view of the dunes. The kitchen is very complete. Adjacent is a large utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is in the hall. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with a door to the balcony), a very luxurious bathroom, and a separate toilet.
At the front and back, there is a lovely veranda.
