Our modern furnished, light holiday apartment in an exclusive location is located right on the marina. From the living room you have a lovely view of the Graswarder nature reserve and the Baltic Sea to the Fehmarnsund bridge.
The lovingly decorated holiday apartment on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and and 2 balconies is only 300 m from the beautiful beach. You have the opportunity to relax in the lovely seating area by the fireplace or in the sauna after an extensive walk on the beach. The bedrooms are located on the side facing away from the marina and provide for a recuperative sleep with the black outs.

The beach resort is surrounded by the Baltic Sea, inland lake and the marina an is perfect for an optimal relaxation holiday all year round. You can reach Burg on Fehmarn in about 20 minutes by car. Nature lovers can explore the beautiful landscapes via an extensive cycling network along the Baltic Sea. Bicycle parking present in the building.

- up to the 45th day before arrival 15% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the 31st day before arrival 25% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the 21st day before arrival 50% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the 11th day before arrival 80% plus 30 EUR fee
- up to the day of arrival 90% plus 30 EUR fee

Cancellation of the booking is to be directed for organizational reasons to the reservations office of the Heiligenhafen tourist service (not to the property owner) and must be done in writing in the interest of the guest.
