Holiday destination
The vacation apartment is located in a preferred neighbourhood - 800 m from the city centre. Nearby you will find the woodland "Leuchtberg" and the Werratal-bikeway.
The Lake Werratal offers room for activities such as sailing, surfing or canoeing. Two beaches surrounding the lake are protected by the German Lifeguard Association.
The region between the Nature Park "Meissner", the Lake "Werratal" and the "Hessische Schweiz" is provided with 10 premium hiking trails. Several castles, palaces, animal parks and other interesting sights are close and worth a visit.
Interesting places nearby are:
Bad Hersfeld (with its festivals), Eisenach (Wartburg), Göttingen, Kassel (Dokumenta/Herkules) and Mühlhausen. They are all within a distance of between 30 km and 50 km.
Getting there
Coming from B 27, B 249 or B 452, please take the direction to the city centre and then follow the sign "Stadthalle". Reaching the "Stadthallle" please follow the road out of town and turn the "Dünzbacher Straße". After the sports field of the Brüder-Grimm-School please leave the "Dünzbacher Straße" and turn left into the "Heinrich-Vocke-Straße".

Wir kommen bereits seit 2012 immer wieder mal für einen Urlaub ins schöne hessische Werratal und sind sehr froh, dass wir diese FeWo bei Fam. Marquardt damals entdeckt haben. Da die FeWo und die wirklich sehr entgegenkommenden und supernetten Vermieter auch bei anderen sehr beliebt sind, muss man immer rechtzeitig buchen. Die gute Belegung der FeWo spricht für sich und so bestätigen wir hier gerne auch wieder ganz aktuell: Alles Bestens und seeeehr gerne wieder! :-))) Herzliche Grüße und vieeeelen Dank für das Vermieten der sehr schönen, gemütlichen FeWo!!
