The four-star-apartment is located in a historical farmhouse with old oak studding and an open fireplace from 1861.
On the ground floor there is the living area with a kitchen and a guest toilet. The sleeping area (four beds and a studio couch) with a bathroom is located on the upper floor with a view over the rhododendron garden. The front bedroom is a walk-through room to the bathroom and the other bedroom.
There is a passage to the apartment Gartenblick. If you like, you can book both apartments together.
In the large garden you will find deciduous trees in a quiet location. There are many old rhododendrons, which are typical for Westerstede. The property is bounded by 20 sequoias.
On the property with an idyllic cottage garden is also a bungalow with an extension. Next to it you will find the old farmhouse, the historical shed, the fountain, the bakehouse, the swimming pool and the sauna. Electricity supply via the photovoltaic system and power storage. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to use the open fireplace.

Our house is located in the city area of Westerstede, the capital of the district Ammerland. The center of Westerstede is 2 km away. Bad Zwischenahn and the golf course is about 8 km away. You can reach Oldenburg in 20 minutes. Utilities are easily accessible.
