The four-star holiday apartment is located in Alt Schwerin in the district of Jürgenshof in a log house on Lake Plauer. The small town is located off the main road and has no through traffic. The holiday apartment is 55 m², wheelchair-accessible, and has space for up to four guests. The ground floor includes a parking space and a terrace on the south side. You are welcome to bring your own bicycles and park them in the carport. From the house, you can immediately start cycling and explore the surrounding area. About 20 minutes away (on foot), there is a restaurant with fish specialities and a beer garden along the lake. Fish lovers can also stock up on fresh or smoked fish on site.
The Jürgenshof district of ALT SCHWERIN is fairly quiet because it is not a transit village. The log house was built in 2004 and is characterised by a comfortable living atmosphere.
In the newly planted perennial garden, you can always see something blooming from the terrace.

From the house, you can reach a restaurant along the water in about 20 minutes by foot. You can also buy fresh/smoked fish there.
The flat is located on the bike path. This allows you to plan your bike tours in any direction. Less than 200 m away, you can watch cranes courting or foraging in spring. From the terrace, you can watch white-tailed eagles circling.
The holiday apartment can be reached by car via the A 19 - Berlin -Rostock - Berlin (exit/junction number 16); take the Malchow exit in the direction of Schwerin and continue for approx. 3 km.
By plane, the nearest airports are Rostock-Laage, Berlin, and Hamburg.
