Cancellation policy
If you are obliged to cancel your trip to our sun house, we would of course try to hire out the apartment with someone else. If that is not possible, the following cancellation periods apply:
- up to 6 months before start of travel, free cancellation
- 6 to 2 months before start of travel, 50% of the agreed rental price
- less than 2 months before start of travel, 75% of the agreed rental price

Other recreational opportunities
The old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck (both about 40 km away) can easily be reached from Groß Schwansee; day trips to Rügen or Müritz lake are easy to accomodate. The seaside resorts at Boltenhagen and Travemünder (both 15 km away) are great if you need a bit of hustle and bustle after all the peace and tranquillity.
Holiday destination
The Klützer Winkel and its Baltic coast - a region that is still a little secretive and restrained, with picturesque, sometimes gruff cliffs that alternate with endless, fine sandy beaches, hinterlands with open fields and small woods, hamlets and old churches, manors and castles. There is so much to discover - in the spring for the rapeseed blossoms, when all of Mecklenburg is radiant and fragrant - in the poppy-red summer or in the autumn - or time and again.

Wir durften ein paar wunderschöne Tage im Lindenhaus verbringen, die wir sehr genossen haben!
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und eingerichtet und wirklich nur einen kleinen Spaziergang von der Ostsee entfernt. Einfach perfekt!
Wir haben tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen können (Wismar, Schwerin, Lübeck, Boltenhagen) und sind einfach nur total begeistert!
Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns sofort alle sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wir, unsere Teenie-Kinder und der Hund hatten eine tolle Zeit! Danke !

Wir durften sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter kennen lernen, die uns auch gute und interessante Infos zur Umgebung gegeben haben. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man benötigt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Ort selber ist sehr ruhig gelegen und genau das richtige um Mal aus dem Alltag auszubrechen. Der Strand ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufen ist in Kalkhorst für ein paar Kleinigkeiten möglich, ansonsten fährt man nach Klütz, dort findet man dann Einkaufsmärkte und einen Getränkehandel für den alltäglichen Bedarf. Als Fazit kann ich diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen, es hat alles gepasst und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank.
