Our cozy, well-equipped holiday home is located in the "Les Jardins de la Clape" resort in Narbonne-Plage. The living space is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 people. Ground floor: Living/dining room: Perfectly furnished new kitchen with integrated fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric table grill, etc. The dining room is connected to the cozy living room by an arch. Guest toilet (ground floor). Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine. In front of the house, there is a terrace of about 32 sqm with an awning. The free parking space belonging to the house is about 20 meters away.
The location has been awarded the "Blue Flag of Europe" quality label for its water quality since 1988.

Sea water lagoons or the Canal du Midi (boat trips). The ski resorts in the Pyrenees can be reached in about 90 minutes by car.
Narbonne-Plage is a small, well-kept seaside resort in the south of France, located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region directly on the Mediterranean Sea. The holiday destination is part of the city of Narbonne. The town center, with its numerous restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets, butchers, and bakeries, is just a 5-minute walk from the holiday home. During the peak season, market days and evening entertainment programs on the beach promenade provide variety. The approximately 150-meter wide, bright, fine sandy beach, which slopes gently and is cleaned and supervised daily during the high season, stretches for several kilometers along the coast and offers excellent conditions for swimming, sailing, fishing, windsurfing, diving, water skiing, and boat trips. Beach loungers are available for rent.
There are also plenty of other activities such as cycling, hiking, mountain climbing, inline skating, mountain biking, horseback riding, go-karting, etc. The adjacent Clap mountains, with their winding trails, lead through the rich natural landscape, past vineyards and wineries that invite you to wine tastings and meals.
