We offer a newly renovated apartment to rent in the Umbrian casale not far from the village of Montegabbione. Apartment is large about 75 msq have 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, sitting room, toilet and laundry room and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Apartment have also large terrace, garden and a patio with the view across the country . Large infinity swimming salt pool 16-8 meters surrounded by pine trees and garden. Situated in the countryside with views of the Tuscan and Umbrian hills and the medieval towns of Monteleone and Montegabbione.
We are working organic farm producing organic extra virgin olive oil, vine and saffron. We offer free seasonal organic fruits and vegetable as available from the garden. Fresh eggs daily from fee range chickens.Special cooking evenings: Those who enjoy making and eating Italian specialties is welcome to join us on the special cooking evening: making your own pizza in the stone oven, making fresh pasta, enjoy special saffron recipes.

We offer to our guests cooking evenings : bake your oen pizza in a stone oven, make your own pasta, or try out our special recipies with saffron. You are welcome to try the vegetables and fruit from our garden (gratis) and lovely fresh eggs from our free range hens. Wine, olive oil, home made jams are available in our cantina.
There are many walking tours available, either near the farm or within short driving distances. Indeed our farm is the ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within a short distance from the farm as well as medical facilities.
take A1 motorway exit Fabro. Then follow the signs to Fabro Scalo and towards Montegabbione. Before you reach Montegabbione you pass the village of Faiolo. After the village, about 500m on the left you will see a house surrounded by conifer trees with 2 pine trees at the gate. You have arrived! All this is only 7 km from the exit of the motorway.

I am Franco me and my wife have been living here since 2002 and we love it. Our farm specializes in producing organic virgin olive oil, wine and saffron. We love working the farm, but even more we enjoy looking after our guests, people from all over the world. Making them feel welcome and at home is extremely important for us.
