Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the base rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period.
A cancellation fee of 75% of the base rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the base rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
No refund of the rent will be made in case of early departure.
