This beautiful holiday home was built in country house style and is idyllically situated on the large Pönitz lake. The flats are tastefully furnished and all have a balcony or terrace. Some of them have a marvellous view of the picturesque lake. The in-house sauna and the wooded surroundings with numerous hiking and cycling trails offer the opportunity for a relaxing and restful holiday. 44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The
