The house is in a clean, calm area. The size of the Garden is 1300 qm and a good place to relax. To the beach you have 3 km. Shopping is very good in Platja d`Aro and only 3 km away from the house. From the first and second floor you can enjoy the beautiful sea - vue. It is a place to come back to again.

Bis zum Strand und in den Ort sind es ca. 3 km. Sehr schön ist die Küstenstraße bis nach Frankreich.
