Cancellation policy
5. Cancellation by the renter
a) The renter can cancel the rental contract in writing before the beginning of the rental period. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
b) If the renter cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee for the expenses incurred by the landlord and the lost revenue in the following amounts:
Cancellation up to 60 days before the rental period starts: free
Cancellation up to 30 days before the rental period starts: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental period starts: 100% of the rental price

The Moselle is only a few steps away, and there are numerous hiking trails like the Jakobspfad, the Moselsteig and some dreamy paths will lead you directly through the vineyards, romantic valleys and forests. Nearby Eltz Castle or Pyrmont Castle and the Martberg (Roman temple) are attractive excursion destinations.
Discover the surrounding wine villages right along the Moselle. Cochem is only 12 km away.
Treis-Karden has supermarkets, a swimming pool and varied gastronomy. There are restaurants with top cuisine nearby, and naturally Moselle wine of exceptional quality. There is an 18 hole golf course 12 km away. The Treis neighbourhood has its own marina.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dem liebevoll restaurierten und komfortabel eingerichteten Haus. Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Garten ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Saunahaus ist ein Traum. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war herzlich und völlig unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Im allgemeinen ist es eine schöne Unterkunft aber, es gibt ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht gut gefallen haben. Die Fotos sind sehr gut bearbeitet, das heißt die Räume sind viel dunkler und kleiner als man es auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Die Küche ist relativ einfach und schlecht ausgestattet und es ist sehr laut. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße und die Bahnstrecke ist auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Außerdem liegt der schönere Teil Treis Kardens auf der anderen Straßenseite.
