The apartment is located in the village of Morro Jable, in the south of Fuerteventura, in a quiet area on the way to the marina.
The apartment has two floors, in the lower one is the kitchen, a toilet, and the living room, as well as a large and wonderful terrace with garden where you can enjoy views of the sea and the marina. On the terrace you can enjoy all year round the wonderful weather of the island, whether sunbathing in the sunbeds in the garden, or having lunch or dinner at the outdoor table. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas and television with satellite connection to international channels as well as the usual channels of the Spanish TDT.
If you prefer it is also possible to eat at the table inside. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob and microwave as well as everything you need for cooking. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a line to hang on your clothes.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with a shower. The small bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The large bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a small table ideal for working with the laptop or checking the email. The room has air conditioning for the hottest days. This bedroom gives access to another very pleasant terrace with fantastic sea views, it is equipped with a table and a couple of chairs, and it is ideal for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset.
The apartment is very bright, fully equipped and tastefully decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Water sports and good restaurants
The apartment is in Morro Jable, south of Fuerteventura. Its location will allow you to have all the tranquility you are looking for, but without giving up being close to the beach , the shops and restaurants, which are within a 10 minutes walk .
Southern Fuerteventura is an ideal place for scuba diving and snorkeling, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, biking , etc. It is also the perfect place to just relax, sunbathe and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and the typical Canary Islands cuisine in the many restaurants nearby the apartment.
