Holiday destination
In 2015 new refurbished and with love arranged apartment. Only 30 meters to the beach. The apartment is near the beach promenade, only a street seperates you from shops, restaurants and a supermarket. You can go for a walk at the beach and if you like, along the hole Lübecker Bay. Hiking, cycling, surfing is possible aswell. The next Surfing-School is only 50 meters far away. The distance to the fishing harbor is about 800 meters. Fresh catched fish, home-brewed bear and music-events like NDR 2 on tour or Jazz Baltic will make your stay to an unforgetable holiday . The indoor-swimmingpool filled with Baltic-sea-saltwater is only 300 meters away. Constant animation-programm at the beach of Niendorf or Timmendorfer Strand in the main season. You can reach every place at the Lübecker Bay by bicycle, car or by foot.
Getting there
Please call the Appartementservice Hauswave 2-3 days before arriving. They will take you in the receiving and give you a short introduction. The remaining documents and telephone numbers will delivered by post. Please, keep cash ready for the Tourist tax.

Die Lage, das Haus, die Sauberkeit und eigentlich alles war für uns perfekt. Wir durften bei Familie Biel über Silvester uns eine Auszeit gönnen. Wir hatten unsere zwei kleinen Teckel dabei und sind immernoch rundum begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Sogar einen Kindergeburtstag hätten wir ausrichten können. Es war genauso, wie die Kommunikation im Voraus. Der Ordner mit Hilfestellungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten liebevoll geschrieben und die Sauberkeit war für eine Ferienwohnung überdurchschnittlich. Am liebsten würden wir den Schlüssel einfach bis zum nächsten Mal behalten und hoffen wiederkommen zu dürfen. Danke, dass wir uns in unserem Urlaub so heimisch fühlen durften.

Wir verbrachten 4 entspannte Tage in Niendorf/O. Angefangen mit einer problemlosen Buchung und Abwicklung. Angekommen in der Wohnung war es für uns so, als würden wir zuhause ankommen. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, der helle Fußboden passte perfekt zur liebevoll gestalteten Einrichtung. Alles befand sich in einem Top-Zustand. Wir fanden eine tolle kleine Küche vor, alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Sofa und Sessel luden zum relaxen ein. Geschlafen haben wir auf bequemen Matratzen in einem liebevoll gestaltetem Zimmer. Die Kopfkissen waren super bequem, so dass wir uns diese Kissen für unser Zuhause gekauft haben. Toll ist auch die Nähe zum Strand,. Geschätzt 30 M., schon stand man im Sand. Alles zusammen, ein toller Urlaub. Können wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen?
