The house is located in the quiet Eggstätt (3000 inhabitants) approx. 5 km northwest of the Chiemsee, directly on the edge of the largest nature reserve of Bavaria, the 17 lakes plate. Eggstätt has several shopping possibilities (about 100m distance), restaurants and beer gardens. The Hartsee lake, only 500 m from the house, also offers numerous recreation possibilities and sports activities.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges und ruhiges Haus mit tollem Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alle wichtigen Dinge in Küche und Geschirrschränken waren greifbar und gut sortiert. So, wie man es sich wünscht. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder. Auch dies gesamte Abwicklung von der Buchung zur Reinigung - alles perfekt! Danke!

Das ganz besondere Ferienhaus
Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt bewerte ich dieses Ferienhaus der Extraklasse mit der höchsten
möglichen Punktzahl.
Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage mit einem weiten Blick über die Wiesen.
Die sehr freundliche Hausdame Frau Daniela hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich willkommen
geheißen. Danach gab es eine Führung durch das überaus wohnliche Haus, in jedem Raum mit
Fußbodenheizung und WLAN.
Hunde sind nicht nur erlaubt, sondern ausdrücklich willkommen.
Der angemessene Preis für das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und gilt als Festpreis mit allen
Nebenkosten.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Daniela für die gute Betreuung und den ausgezeichneten
Service.
Weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben, werden wir das Haus in absehbarer Zeit wieder mieten.
