Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:

up to the 45th day before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The

Schon die Schlüsselübergabe in Haffkrug durch die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin hat problemlos geklappt. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im äußerst idyllisch gelegenen Scharbeutzer Ortsteil Klingberg. Das Haus war im Mai 2017 offensichtlich frisch renoviert. Es ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit endlich mal bequemen Polstermöbeln. Der Strand ist über 4 km weit entfernt; bei dem Garten haben wir ihn jedoch nicht vermisst. Nicht nur wir haben uns im Garten wohl gefühlt, sondern zu späteren Abendstunden auch Rehe und Hasen (so idyllisch ist es da). Kaffeetrinker sollten ggf. Tchibo-Kaffeekapseln mitbringen, da nur ein solcher Tchibo-Kaffeeautomat vorhanden ist. Radfahrer sollten unbedingt ihre Fahrräder mitbringen, da es im Umkreis von 20 km so viel zu sehen gibt.
