On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The first floor houses three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room. In two of the bedrooms, you'll sleep in luxurious box spring combinations, while the third bedroom is equipped with a sturdy bunk bed. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a double sink. In the storage room, you have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor as well as on the first floor, each located in the hallway. The house has 2 stair gates that can be used both on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The second floor is a spacious attic where a lounge has been set up with a freezer, comfortable sofa, table football, and other games. In a side room, you will also find the heating boiler and the ventilation unit.

To reach Zeeland by car, take the A58 in the direction of Zeeland, exit at Terneuzen, and pass through the 6.6 km long, toll-required Westerschelde Tunnel. Then follow the bus signs towards Oostburg and from Oostburg towards North Sea Coast/Cadzand.
From Belgium, you can access Zeeuws-Vlaanderen via Antwerp. Follow the expressway (N49) towards Knokke. At Maldegem, take the exit for Aardenburg/Oostburg and follow the signs for North Sea Coast/Cadzand.
