The 400 m2 accommodation is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and familiar living room where you can watch the TV or have a rest. It opens to the kitchen through an arch. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, and with a comfortable island with stools to work easily, together with a dining area for 6 people where you will spend quality time with your loved ones while cooking. Apart from that, you will find an incredible dining room for 10 people. The first of the bedrooms, with a double bed, is also on the ground floor, as well as the second bedroom but this has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Upstairs we'll find the other three bedrooms, the three of them with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. There is AC in all bedrooms and in the kitchen-living room. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high chair ara at your disposal. The house also counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
Outside you will find an wonderful 10 x 5 salt pool with a depth that goes from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. It is ideal for summer dips and it is surrounded by a fantastic garden where you will lie to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or prepare a barbecue with your friends. From there we get into the ground floor porch up some stairs. The porch is furnished to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors. The plot is fenced and has direct neighbours so privacy is partial.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

This house is in Mancor, a lovely interior village close to Inca where you will find all services. The nearest beach is only 30 kms away in Puerto de Alcudia. From Mancor you can visit Lluc and Sierra de Tramuntana and enjoy the spectacular views where the sea and the mountain merge.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist tax: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from November 1 until April 30.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in.
