Deposit: 20% of the rental price at the time of booking Final payment: 2 weeks before arrival In the event of cancellation by the guest, FEW 198336 is entitled to the following lump-sum compensation: 34 to 21 days before arrival: 20% of the booking amount *) 20 to 10 days before arrival: 30% of the booking amount *) afterwards: 80% of the booking amount *) excluding the costs for the final cleaning. The minimum cancellation fee per accommodation is 25,00 EURO. FEW198336 has the right to calculate the concrete damage according to § 651 BGB (German Civil Code), if another renting was not possible. If the rental property could be rented to a third party, the cancellation fee is reduced to 10% of the invoice amount. You are entitled to prove in individual cases that FEW198336 incurred lower costs. If there are delays due to postal reasons, please send a message. Without a firm booking, the booking period you have reserved will automatically be transferred back to the rental period.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Viel Platz. Da wir mit 5 Personen aus 3 Haushalten die Wohnung besuchten war es super das man 3 WC`s hatte. Tolles Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss. Kann man den Tag gut ausklingen lassen. Von Flensburg gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen

Jeder schöne Urlaub fängt mit einer gemütlichen Bleibe an. Und in diesem Jahr haben wir wirklich einen Glücksgriff getan. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, gemütlich und sauber und beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt. Wir sind als Familie mit 3 Generationen verteilt auf 5 Personen verreist und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation lief vollkommen reibungslos über das Portal. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und der Garten wirklich hübsch und privat. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in Harrislee bei Flensburg und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Vielen Dank!
