This spacious apartment is situated in Niedernsill. Ideal for a small group, it can accommodate 10 guests and has 5 bedrooms. It has a balcony for you to take a refreshing breath enjoying the scenic view and a cozy stove.



Lake lies 650 m from the apartment making it a haven for nature lovers. The local grocery store is 200 m away whereas the restaurants are 50 m from the stay. The golf course is only 10 km away from the apartment. The ski lift at 10km provides access to Zell am See-Kaprun. There are also opportunities for mountain biking and golf.



You can enjoy the views from the balcony accessible to you. Stove (solid fuel) is provided for you to have a remarkable holiday. Ski storage and bicycle storage are also in place for your convenience. A childrens bed and high chair is also offered to the little guests. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property for an extra cost of 5/pet/night.

Tolles Haus, in dem wir mit 8 Personen ausreichend Platz hatten. Schöner Wohn-/Essbereich. Sehr geräumige Küche, in der man auch alles finden konnte, was man brauchte. Lediglich eine normale Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Herauszufinden, wie das Kochfeld funktioniert, war eine ziemliche Arbeit, aber es ist uns gelungen. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht auf die Satellitenkanäle bekommen, aber wir haben es dabei belassen.
Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf mit Bäckerei und Supermarkt und etwa fünfzehn Autominuten von den Pisten von Kaprun und Zell am See entfernt.
Die Ankunft war kein Spaß. Nach einer 13-stündigen Autofahrt konnte der Schlüssel zum Haus nicht im Hotel gefunden werden, wo man den Schlüssel abholen musste. Der Vormieter hatte den Schlüssel nicht zurückgegeben. Letztendlich mussten wir fast zwei Stunden warten, bis der Schlüssel von der Haushälterin gebracht wurde. Einen Drink bekamen wir zwar vom Hotel, aber nach so einer langen Autofahrt ist das nicht das, was man will.
