The holiday home Casa Magnolia is perfect for family holidays. No traffic or air noise disturbed the holidaymakers. Callao Salvaje offers a complete infrastructure with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and other shops within walking distance. To the beach it is only 600m. The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished. Features a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living room there is a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite antenna for the reception of international TV and radio programs. There is also a dining room for 4 people. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink. Hair dryer is available. Bed linen, hand- and kitchen towels are available. The kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, hot water unit, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
To the outside belongs a large terrace on the sun lounges, umbrella, a seat group and a whirlpool stand. The terrain is not visible and offers much privacy. Internet connection via Wi-Fi available. Out of consideration for our non-smoking guests, smoking in the indoor rooms is not permitted.

Callao Salvaje is located in the sunny south-west of Tenerife, not far from the resort of Playa Paraiso. It belongs to the municipality of Adeje. The place is very quiet and tranquil. The coast of Callo Salvaje is mostly steep and rocky. There is however a small bay with small sand beach. It is one of the few places where the sun is guaranteed to appear 360 days a year. You will find countless restaurants, bars, banks, groceries, etc. It is the perfect place for people who want to escape mass tourism.

In the event of a cancellation of 60 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the rental price,
In the case of a cancellation of 30 to 15 days before the start of the journey 80% of the rental price,
In the event of a cancellation of 14 to 1 day before the start of the trip as well
In case of cancellation on the day of travel or in case of no-show, the total rental price will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is EUR 52.
