Villa Olea is located in the Sukošan, near Zadar. There is a heated private pool and jacuzzi where you can spend unforgettable moments. Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. At your disposal there are 4 bedrooms ( 1 on the ground flour, 3 on the first flour).
One bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom is situated on the ground floor with direct exit to terrace and pool.
There, you will find also a fully-equipped kitchen , dining area, and living room and one extra toilette.
The first floor is reserved for a good night's sleep and relaxation, with 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single beds). Master bedroom en-suit bathroom, and has a big balcony with beautiful sea view.
The other two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the pool.

The outdoor space is equipped with a barbecue and dining table.
Around the swimming pool there are deck chairs and little garden with olive trees.
Private parking is by the house. It has been built and decorated to offer you the perfect holiday experience. One of the Villa’s greatest assets is its location. It ´s located only 70 meters from sea and offers you great view and chance to explore our clear sea.
