Cancellation policy
The reservation can be cancelled by the tenant without giving any reasons up to 42 days before arrival free of charge.
If the tenant cancels their booking less than 42 days before arrival, the landlord is not obliged to refund the deposit.
If the tenant cancels their booking less than 14 days before arrival, the tenant is obligated to pay 70% of the total booking amount.
However, if the landlord is able to re-rent the cancelled period, they will refund the full amount of the cancelled booking.

Nestled amidst the vineyards and situated between Strasbourg and Colmar, you'll be staying in a former wine building that we have fully renovated. The central location of the village "Epfig" is ideal for strolls and hikes between the Vosges and the Black Forest. Numerous attractions, such as the "Haut-Koenigsbourg" castle, await you. Also, enjoy the Alsatian wine, either directly from the winemaker or during a wine festival in a typical village. In December, both young and old will appreciate the Christmas markets in a magical atmosphere.

Between 2015 and 2017, we trendily renovated my wife's parental home as we would appreciate it ourselves as tourists.
It was very important for us to preserve the architectural uniqueness of this wine building.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im sehr liebevoll und stilvoll restaurierten Hof von Monsieur Metz genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Monsieur Metz hat sich sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns super selbst versorgen konnten. Besonders schön ist der gut gestaltete Innenhof. Obwohl 3 Wohnungen dem Innenhof zugeordnet sind, ist die Privatsphäre für jede Wohnung gewährleistet.

Der alte Weinhof ist wundervoll restauriert. Im ruhigen Innenhof, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet ist, lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Die Wohnung hat große, aber dennoch gemütliche Räume, die mit viel Stil eingerichtet wurden. Es ist alles perfekt sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche top ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen und sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
