The well-kept Tuscan villa is located on a hill in the middle of Chianti near the medieval town of Castelfiorentino, with enchanting panoramic views of the surrounding Oliver groves and vineyards.
On the ground floor, the entrance area leads to the bright, spacious living room with comfortable seating, fireplace, flat screen TV with international programs, DVD player and large dining table for 10 people. Adjacent there is a walk-through room with literature in various languages and a stereo system.
The characteristic country house kitchen is comfortably equipped with a central wooden table, with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with 2 freezer compartments, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc. From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden and the covered terrace to eat meals outdoors.
There is also a double room on this level (the beds can also be separated) and a bathroom with shower.
In the utility room guests have at their disposal a washing machine, a clothes horse, an iron with an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
A stone staircase leads to the upper floor into a bright hallway with large panoramic windows with wonderful views of the well-kept property and the pool.
On one side there are two double rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the other side there are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
A single bed can be added in two double rooms.
All double rooms (ground floor and first floor) have a fan and all windows have fly screens and can be converted into twin rooms if desired.
Pets welcome, but please specify when booking.
In the well-kept, fenced garden with countless Mediterranean flowers and trees, there are play areas for children on the lawns with a trampoline, slide, table football and a playhouse, as well as a barbecue for outdoor dining.
The pool area (10 x 5 m; 1.40 m deep) with outdoor shower and its sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols offers a lot of private atmosphere and invites you to relax and unwind.
There is enough parking space in front of the villa for 4-5 vehicles.
The path to the villa is paved, only the last kilometer is not asphalted, but it is easy to drive on.
The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate.
You book the holiday home, the garden and the pool completely alone. There are no other people living on the fenced property.

The property is located just 30 km from Florence and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the beautiful old towns in the area such as Florence, Certaldo, birthplace of Boccaccio, Vinci, where Leonardo was born, San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra and Pisa.
The nearest larger town, Castelfiorentino, with all kinds of shops is 3 km away, and the nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in just 800 meters. For excursions into the area using public transport, buses and trains are available in Castelfiorentino.
There are also opportunities for sporting activities such as tennis, golf and horse riding in the surrounding area. The nearest thermal bath is only 10 km away and the sea is 50 km away.
