Holiday destination
The holiday home "Anna" is embedded in the well-known biosphere reserve, at the foot of the large Granitz forest, ideal for excursions on foot on footpaths, by bike on cycle paths or by car in all directions or with the nostalgic train "Rasender Roland".
In a few minutes you are on the fine sandy beaches of Binz and Sellin.
Get in the nostalgia train in front of the house, car stops and reach all seaside resorts without traffic jams and annoying search for a parking space.
Getting there
They come over the A 20 over the feeder road to Stralsund, either over the new high bridge or the old Rügendamm.
The drive then takes you via the B96 or the old Bäderstraße in the direction of the seaside resorts Binz and Sellin.
In front of the seaside resort of Sellin you drive through the spa town of Lancken-Granitz. There you turn left at the only intersection in the direction of Blieschow and drive straight ahead along the famous Kastanienallee.
You will then see the holiday home after 1km at the top right.
In front of the house with the archway is your car parking space.

Kleines Gartenhaus mit top Ausstattung. Ideal für 2 Personen plus Hund(en), mit eingezäuntem Garten.
Schöne ruhige Lage mit viel Natur.
Direkte vor dem Grundstück fährt der "Rasende Roland"...man kann das Auto also stehen lassen.
Unweit durch einen schönen Wald geht's zum Jagdschloss Granitz.
Den Vermieter erreichten wir sofort telefonisch mit allen Infos.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Das Gartenhaus Anna war von der Größe her für uns (2 Menschen mit 2 Hunden) völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Fenster alle mit Insektenschutz, Garten komplett eingezäunt, das Haus durchzulüften (wohnen und schlafen in einem Raum) ist sehr gut möglich. Den extra Schlafraum haben wir als begehbaren Schrank genutzt. Mit vier Personen möchten wir so nicht Urlaub machen! Ein Insektenschutz an der Tür wären gut. Kostet wenig, bringt aber viel. Der telefonische Kontakt zum Vermieter war unangenehm. Hintertelefonieren und Absprache nicht eingehalten. Aber das absolute No-Go ist, dass es keine bequemen Sitzmöbel gibt. Nach einem langen und aktiven Tag, den Abend auf durchgesessenen und harten Küchenstühlen ausklingen zu lassen macht keinen Spaß!!! Der Kontakt zum Reinigungsservice war super.
