The apartment is on the ground floor of an individual "Bauhaus villa" on the south-west side. There are only 3 apartments in the villa, each with separate entrances.
The apartment Lore has a spacious living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and TV as well as 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in the larger bedroom is an additional sauna. There is a spacious terrace around the apartment. The beach (usually few people only) is 120m away.
The apartment is equipped with very high quality furniture (hülsta) and has a spacious terrace with furniture, grill, parasol and very attractive plants. Small conveniences such as a Nespresso machine are also taken care of. Large windows with sun protection (outside) make the apartment very bright. Sauna and fireplace provide the best feeling of well-being even outside the beach season. Bookable again since Dec 2019 after change of ownership.

The Ostseebad Juliusruh offers you the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of crowded seaside resorts without having to miss the infrastructure of a friendly, smaller seaside place. Despite the quiet, individual location of the apartment, it is only approx. 200m to the idyllic town center. Here you will find cafes, ice cream parlors, small shops and various restaurants.
The beach at Juliusruh stretches for kilometers. Sun worshipers and beach walkers alike get their money's worth. Juliusruh is located on the Schaabe, one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Germany. The 8km long sandy beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers. The water quality is absolutely top and meets all requirements.
Juliusruh is also a paradise for individualists. A bike tour to Cape Arkona is an experience and takes less than half an hour. The path rewards you with fantastic views along the high bank and leads through the picture-book village of Vitt, one of the most romantic places on the entire island.
Breege, the adjacent district of the seaside resort Breege-Juliusruh, is a fishing village with a lot of charm and tradition. There is a good range of restaurants and smaller shops. The center of the place is the Breeger Hafen (small port). From there you go by boat to the island of Hiddensee, to Ralswiek or to the Störtebeker Festival. Or rent a boat, be your own captain, and explore the island individually!
In the wider area, the UNESCO World Heritage Jasmund National Park invites you with the famous chalk cliffs and the Königsstuhl, which is the symbol of Rügen. Sassnitz with extensive ferry offers to many places (also abroad) can be reached by car in 24 kilometers, and it is a good half hour to the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer 2010 neu errichteten, modernen Villa im Badeweg 3 im Ostseebad Juliusruh auf Rügen. Der 8 km lange, feinsandige Strand, der nahezu bis zum Kap Arkona reicht, ist ca. 120m entfernt. Der Badeweg grenzt im Norden an ein Naturschutzgebiet. Das Ortszentrum von Juliusruh mit Restaurants, Cafes, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca. 300m entfernt. Ein Supermarkt sowie ein Kaufhaus befinden sich in Altenkirchen (ca. 3km entfernt).
Anreise mit Auto:
Über die neu gebaute Rügenbrücke ( B96 bei Stralsund) fahren Sie staufrei auf die Insel Rügen. Vor Bergen weiter auf B96 Richtung Sagard, dann auf L30 in Richtung Glowe, Juliusruh abbiegen. In Juliusruh vor dem Hotel Svantevit rechts dem Schild "zum Badeweg/ Ringstraße" folgen, und ca. 200m bis zum Ende des Weges fahren. Biegen Sie nun links ab und finden Sie unser Haus nach ca. 30m auf der linken Seite.

Fahren Sie bequem mit dem ICE bis Bergen (Rügen), von dort per Bus (alle 2h) Bus 12 + Bus 13
