Our new holiday apartment with a boat dock and a beautiful view over Lake Plauer
is suitable for up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms. 2 large double beds and 2 single beds are available.
They have a complete kitchen to create even a sophisticated menu. Weather permitting, you can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful view over the lake. A free Wi-Fi connection is available for surfing or daily work.
You access the apartment via a spiral staircase, which is converted into a balcony. Our restaurant “Zur Forelle” is located below the apartment. Don't worry, it won't bother you. A thick reinforced concrete ceiling prevents annoying noises. In addition, all lights go out by 10 p.m. at the latest.

Accompany our fishermen and get to know local fish species.
You can go mushrooming from June at the latest. Chanterelles are already growing. Sailing, fishing, cycling and surfing are popular here, but hunting enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide.
From the balcony you can look over Lake Plauer to the island of Werder, which is densely wooded and a very beautiful hiking area.
A tour around the island with start and finish at the apartment is 7km. The forests of the Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide Nature Park then begin. You can cycle around the lake. It's 51km. Some people run the “Fishermanstrail” ultramarathon on foot. It is 5km to the "Moorochsen", a viewing tower. You can start your boat from the front door. You can rent a license-free motorboat from us.
From Berlin via the A19, exit Malchow, then turn left onto the B192 towards Schwerin/Karow. In Alt-Schwerin, last street on the left until you reach the water;

Outside the summer season we rent from 2 nights. The arrival and departure days are freely selectable.
