Cancellation policy
Up to 29 days before arrival, 20% of the rental price
28-21 days before arrival 50% of the rental price
20 - 8 days before arrival 75% of the rental amount
7 - 0 days before arrival we will ask for the entire rental amount.
If we get a new booking in the canceled period, we only charge the difference.
In the event of a government travel ban you will receive a credit note for payments already made. This credit would be valid for 2 years. So you wouldn't lose anything....

Holiday destination
Pitsidia is located on the central south coast of Crete and is about 65 km, an hour drive away from Heraklion Airport. The village is ideally situated to explore the world famous area attractions, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria" and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agiofarago, Ag.Pavlos, Tripiti, Preveli, etc. also, the museum in Vori is quickly reached.
You will find in the village minimarkets, baker's shop, restaurants, the breakfast cafe "Onira" where you can also borrow books, butcher, pharmacy and Car/Bike Rental.
The wonderful sandy beach Komo is reached in ca. 30 minutes on foot or 5 min. by car.
On the village square, there are in summertime some events with live music. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
Wonderful hiking possibilities are in the surrounding area and beautiful gorges.
Getting there
Your destination airport should be Heraklion, as it only takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to Pitsidia.

Wir waren im September zum dritten Mal in Pitsidia und hatten uns diesmal für ein Haus von Manolis in seiner pittoresken Ferienhausanlage entschieden.
Schon am ersten Abend, nach verspäteter Ankunft, war klar, dass das eine gute Entscheidung war. Sofort waren wir herzlich willkommen, Manolis und seine immer hilfsbereite Verwalterin Bärbel waren trotz später Stunde mit Freundlichkeit und leckerem Essen zur Stelle.
Das ist es auch, was wir an dieser Stelle herausheben wollen: Die große Gastfreundschaft, die man hier in allen Belangen erfährt.
Wer Kontakt zu anderen Gästen sucht, kann das wunnderbar bei den immer wieder stattfindenden kleinen Festen machen, zu denen Manolis einlädt.

Manoli, der Hausbesitzer, ist ein sehr netter Mann mit mehreren schönen Häusern, die ein ganz besonderes Sommerurlaubsgefühl garantieren. Mit einem schönen Pool und dem Kommos-Strand in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch Pitsidia ist eine kleine, aber charmante Stadt mit vielen feinen Restaurants und einem schönen Platz. Manolis Platz ist der Ort, an dem man in Pitsidia sein sollte!!
