In exterior you have a large semi-covered terrace with patio furniture, loungers with beach towels and a private outdoor swimming pool of 24 sqm (8x3m) which is heated during low season. You also have charcoal BBQ at disposal. There are 3 parking places on site. Property is completely fenced and is therefore suitable for children. Villa is recommended for 10 persons, but 2 more persons can be accommodated using sofa-bed in the living room.

Prepayment ( 30% of full price ) is not refundable in case of cancellation.
Rental deposit (40% of full price ) is paid to bank account upon confirmation of reservation.
Rest of payment (60%) is paid max 2 weeks before arrival to bank account OR on arrival in cash.
Damage deposit (500 EUR ) is paid upon arrival, in cash. It is fully refundable in case of no damage
Outdoor heated pool is in use from 1st of May until 31st of October
All taxes are included in price.
Baby cot and high chair are provided on request, free of charge
New towels and bed linen are offered on a weekly basis through a handover.
All fixed extra charges are automatically calculated in the total price.
