The villa has 200 m² of carefully designed interiors that ensure maximum comfort. The spacious plot is 1500 m² and has a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation, which is maintained by an automatic irrigation system. On the 70 m² terrace, you can enjoy total privacy by the 32 m² swimming pool, which is equipped with RGB lighting for romantic swimming at night. The pool is powered by an electrolysis system that uses salt to provide clean water that is gentle on the skin and the environment. The villa offers four spacious parking spaces, protected by a fence and an electric driveway, and allows charging of electric vehicles up to 11 kW.

The large bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a double washbasin, a spacious bathtub, a walk-in shower and a toilet, thus offering a feeling of luxury.
The terrace is furnished with high-quality teak garden furniture and a romantic open fireplace and invites you to enjoy the outdoors. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing and barbecue lovers will adore the original Weber barbecue. There is also a hidden outdoor shower on the terrace for refreshment after a dip in the pool.
