Other recreational opportunities
The greatest fun on the beach is when you find an old fossil of shark teeth. The best place to find these fossils is at the radar tower in Nieuwvliet. Every time the sand is stirred up there, you will find new fossils.
Holiday destination
You are only 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Holland. From here you can go hiking or sunbathing, play in the sand or go swimming in the sea! Enjoy a delicious meal in a beach pavilion. The dunes are part of the shore wall of the region. You can go hiking or cycling while enjoying the beach and the sea. Along the routes along the coast through beautiful dune areas, quiet country lanes through the flat country, through characteristic cosy villages and many extensive cycle paths. Above all, Nieuwvliet offers you a safe and ideal environment in which to enjoy time alone, together or with the whole family and to relax together.
Getting there
Follow the N49 ("Expressweg") in the direction of Knokke until the junction Kaprijke-Breskens. Direction Breskens, via Schoondijke. Then turn left at the roundabout towards Cadzand-Groede. Via the villages of Boerenhol and Groede, drive towards Nieuwvliet. Turn right at the roundabout, after the S-bend at the restaurant "De vijf weeghen" follow the road for another 400 metres and then turn left onto the Adornisdijk. At the restaurant "De Zeeuwse Kust" you turn left to the park "Le Rivage". Our office is number 13; here you can pick up the keys.

Auf den Fotos sieht das Haus zwar ansprechend aus, aber es ist verwohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Lieblose und teils defekte bzw. unzweckmäßige Ausstattung. Z.B. zwei Kühlschränke aber kein Aufnehmer/Wischeimer vor Ort. Div. defekte Glühbirnen, ein defektes Fenster (lässt sich nicht richtig schließen) im Obergeschoss, Kein brauchbares Küchenmesser, komplizierte Mikrowelle/Backofen ohne Bedienungsanleitung, eine von vier Kochstellen am Gasherd defekt, größtenteils minderwertiges Geschirr, etc. - Resümee: auch wenn die Hausverwaltung sehr nett ist, ich kann das Haus nicht empfehlen!
