You enter the apartment via a sliding door that gives access to the living/ dining room featuring a fireplace. To the right is the well-equipped open kitchen (electric oven, gas burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer).
The landlord’s washing machine is at your disposal. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a TV set (TV F). Right next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom (shower and WC). A wooden staircase gives access to the mezzanine, which serves as a second bedroom.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
