Cancellation policy
Holiday is always pleasant. Therefore, the cancellation is not pleasant for you, but for us as a landlord it is not pleasant as well. Unfortunately, this happens occasionally and that's why we've developed the following cancellation scheme.
In the event that the tenant must cancel his stay before the start, the following pro rata rents are to be paid (as compensation), as otherwise renting is not (any longer) possible. At the termination ...
-... up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
-... up to 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
-... up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
-... up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rent
-... otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rent.
If you need to cancel your stay during your holiday, the rental price will not be adjusted.
We ask the cancellation in writing to us. Decisive is the date of receipt of the declaration.

Holiday destination
From the dunes and the beach you look in the north on Neeltje Jans. This island is accessible via the dyke called "afsluitdijk" which is part of the impressive Delta Works. In Burgh Haamstede, is a mountain bike trail.
In southern direction, the wide sandy beach leads you to Vrouwenpolder. On foot, either by bike, you can watch the surfers on the Veerse Meer drifting with the wind. Or what would you think of a visit to the historic town of Veere?

Host informationWe are a Belgian family and live near Antwerp. To escape the hustle and bustle, we bought the holiday home. We've been coming to Kamperland - De Banjaard by the sea since 1999 and fell in love with the area.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Garten groß mit schönem Blick auf den See. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus und waren jederzeit ansprechbar, freundlich und haben gerne geholfen, wenn wir etwas brauchten oder einen Sonderwunsch hatten.
Die Küche ist mit allem wesentlichen ausgestattet und die Lage wirklich fußläufig zu Meer, Einkaufen, Fahrradverleih.
Die Regelung, falls man wegen Corona stornieren musste kann man je nach Belegung ein anderes mal buchen/oder das Geld anrechnen lassen, empfand ich als angemessen und eine gute Lösung im beiderseitigen Interesse. Leider mussten wir dies prompt auch für ein 2. kleineres Haus in Anspruch nehmen und ich hoffe daher auf baldiges Wiedersehen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Ferien in Ihren gepflegten und gemütlich eingerichtete Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten jeden Tag lange entspannende Spaziergänge am Strand genießen.
Außerdem haben wir einige schöne Dörfer in Zeeland entdeckt. Leider waren wir nicht sehr lange im Urlaub, aber wir kommen zurück, um eine weitere Entdeckungsreise zu machen.
