Rustic Villa Kalic consists of 2 houses with garden. The fully renovated house offers 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms and 2 of them share one bathroom. 4th bathroom with shower is in sauna place, close to the pool.
In the main house, there is a kitchen in the lower part of the house, and a living room with an old-style open fireplace on the upper floor. On this flat is also a 4th bedroom with two single beds, connected with living room. Two folding couches serve for bigger groups of guests. The rooms have separate entrances, and one of the 4 rooms is located in a separate part "Mušuni",with its own kitchen and private bathroom. Outside, the beautiful dry stone walls enclose the yard. The "Guvno", once a place for threshing, now gives the house a special charm and beauty. The outdoor barbecue is ideal for summer gatherings, and the pool and hydromassage ensure perfect refreshment on the property.

The authentic Villa Kalić is located in the unspoiled nature of the village Garica, in the central part of the island of Krk. Centrally located in the interior of the island is the small village Garica mainly characterized by beautiful country houses. The central location offers many excursion and swimming destinations in the area. The sights of the island of Krk such as the towns of Krk, Vrbnik, Malinska, Njivice, Punat with the monastery island Košljun or the Biserujka Cave can be reached in 15 to 30 minutes by car.
The island of Krk is the northernmost Mediterranean island and at the same time the island of Cres the largest island in Croatia. Around the island you will find about 20 islets, rocks and reefs. With 17,860 inhabitants, the island of Krk is one of the most densely populated islands in Croatia. Since 1980, a bridge connects the island with the mainland.
