Holiday destination
The sea resort of Heringsdorf is one of the three imperial spas and is located between the others, Bansin and Ahlbeck. All three are connected by a beautiful seaside promenade, where you can get to Swinemünde/Poland and beyond. You can visit the summer theatre "Chapeau Rouge" on the promenade. There is a cinema, lovely shops, restaurants, an ice cream parlor and bakery on the pier. November to Mach, the artificial skating rink next to the pier is great for skating and Bavarian curling.
Getting there
By car: on the A20 - from Rostock - drive the the Gützkow exit, continue via Lüssow, Gross Polzin, Ziethen, Usedom, Ahlbeck to Heringsdorf - coming from Berlin - to the Anklam exit, via Anklam to Usedom, Ahlbeck to Heringsdorf by train: to Baltic Sea resort Heringsdorf by air: direct flights from May-October from Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg and Stuttgart, in August/September from Bremen, Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt and Munich, June-September from Zurich, Switzerland

Wir haben eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit sämtlichen erforderlichen und nützlichen Ausstattungen(z. B.Küche) angetroffen. Es hat uns gefallen und wenn möglich, werden wir gerne wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Wehrmusttropfen war die z.T. laute Musik mit dröhnenden Bässen von der Strandbar. In der Wohnung nicht zu hören, aber auf der Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb.
