At your disposal are 132m² of living space including 4 bedrooms, a large living/dining room and a conservatory (approx. 30m²) that can be used year-round.
The living room and conservatory on the ground floor offer you a fantastic view of the ocean, the lake, the Clape mountains and the Pyrenees in the distance. Three terraces with garden furniture -one features a pool- give you the option to relax in the sun or shade throughout the whole day.
Both south-facing terraces come with a stunning panoramic view over the lake and ocean, the Garrigue des Clape mountains and the Pyrenees.
The ground floor consists of the living room with 2 fold-out sofas, couch table and TV, WiFi, dining room with dining table for approx. 8 people, the conservatory with fold-out sofa and a large dining table for 8-14 people, a built-in kitchen (microwave, ceramic hub, oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, a toilet, 1 small bedroom with a double bed (1.40m x 1.90m) and garage used for storage, where you'll also find the washing machine.
The top floor features 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony and ocean/lake view, 1 with ocean view); two bedrooms have double beds (1.60 x 1.90, 1.60 x 2m), the third bedroom has a bunk bed (the lower bed is a double bed measuring 1.40m x 2m, the upper bed is a single bed measuring 90cm x 2m).
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with an escritoire. The top floor has an additional bathroom with tub and shower partition, a double sink and a separate toilet.
Mas Bellevue, in its location and elevated furnishings with a pool, is not only a comfortable place for two families, large families or large groups of friends. It also has wonderful sandy beaches (soft slopes and therefore good for small children) and varied and amazing landscape with many exciting hiking paths right from the house.
With a car you can also get quickly to other wonderful hiking paths. Cities with a great deal of southern French flair such as nearby Narbonne will lure you for a stroll.

Close to the town centre (700m) and yet quietly located at the edge of the nature reserve: holiday home in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Amenities such as WiFi, TV, terraces and a balcony, swimming pool, garden furniture and views of the ocean and the lake, the Clape mountains and the Pyrenees leave nothing to be desired for up to 10 guests.
The several kilometre-long, beautiful sandy beach has a dog-friendly section at the end of the town and can be reached via an approx. 700m long, idyllic footpath. Shops, restaurants and one of the biggest street markets in Southern France are located at the same distance.
The house borders directly on countless hiking trails with fantastic views and the particular characteristics of the landscape, such as the precipitous Clape rocks, the Oeil Doux or the lagoon area at the ocean.
Motorway A9 to exit 37 to Narbonne-Plage.
Car train to Narbonne, then about 15 km toward Narbonne-Plage (the city is very well signposted) or by TGV (French ICE) to Perpignan, then with the bus or train to Narbonne and then bus for 1 EUR/person to Narbonne-Plage.
From there, along the sea into the neighbouring village of St. Pierre-la-Mer. Turn left toward Fleury. On the hill at the last roundabout, take the second exit to the right onto Avenue des Goëlands. Take the road to the end directly at the nature reserve and then take the last turn into Rue des Pétrels. At the first right turn the "Rue des Pétrels 134/Jardins de Jade" residential area starts.
Our house "Mas Bellevue" is located at the very end of the cul-de-sac, to the left of the nature reserve. Our renters receive an exact arrival diagram.
