This comfortable holiday home is located in Roses in the urbanization Mas Fumats on 700 m2 of land and has a living area of about 120 m2. It offers enough space for 2 persons as well as for families up to 8 persons
The house is variable in occupancy and so in the price graduation (see "special features")
The private pool is located on the adjacent open sun terrace with sea views, where there is also an outdoor shower. The Mediterranean landscaped and fully fenced garden provides splendid shade on hot days and is an ideal place for a 'siesta'.

The rental prices are staggered as follows:
2 persons: 770.- € / week before and after season
4 persons: 1295.- € / week before and after season
For the main season the basic price for 4 persons is 1550.- € / week
For each additional person we charge 175.- € / week.

The fishing village of Roses is about 3 km away and the adjacent beaches and towns in just a few minutes drive. In Mas Fumats itself there is a bakery and a restaurant, which you can easily reach on foot from your holiday home.
By plane: Girona airport about 50 km and Barcelona 160km are accessible via the AP7 motorway.
Car: From Germany completely over the motorway until exit Roses (Sortida no.3).
Please keep in mind that the motorways in France charge tolls.

The renter can terminate the rental agreement in writing up to 60 days before the agreed rental date. The deposit expires.
In case of later cancellation the whole rent has to be paid, as long as it is not possible to rent the rented property for the same time.
