The house is only 2km from the city center where you can find supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, and more. Not far from you will also find wineries. Possibility of boat trips, private chef upon request. Some general information about this area:
Villa " De Carlonis " is located in Monte San Giusto and is only 12 Km away from the sea. The first city where you can find the sea is Civitanova Marche ( beautiful beach) 10 miunutes by car.
Take the A14 motorway, exit at Civitanova Marche and take the SS77 highway to Tolentino - Macerata, exit at Morrovalle and follow the signs for Monte San Giusto. You will find Via Fonte Ancona along the main road, before arriving in the city center. For any difficulty we can come and pick you up
