Holiday destination
The location in the upscale, palm rich villa area of Costa Teguise has peace and quiet as well as being within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bank and the beaches. And ten minutes away by car you're at the golf course or the former residence of the famous artist César Manrique (today one of the cultural high points of Lanzarote). Nearby there are long-term tenants or owners. This is not a typical tourist zone.
Getting there
Arrival by air in Arrecife. From there with a rental car or taxi it is a 20 minute drive to the house

Wir waren vom 28. Februar bis zum 7. März in der Villa Yuca 13. Die Lage der Villa war ausgezeichnet - in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften und Bars. Die Villa war sehr sauber, es fehlte kein Wohnkomfort. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sicher gefühlt. Der Pool war warm, obwohl es Anfang März war, und es gab viele Sonnenliegen und Gartenmöbel zum Entspannen. Wir würden sicherlich empfehlen, in dieser Villa von Gastgeberin Susanne zu wohnen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat immer schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet, die wir möglicherweise hatten. Wir würden nicht zögern, in Zukunft wieder in dieser Villa Urlaub zu machen. Kay, Schottland.
