The detached holiday home with a garden, located directly in the holiday village by the Drau reservoir, is truly a place to feel good. Only about 150 m to the Drau Lake, and just about 7 km to the next wonderful St. Johann swimming lake (optimally accessible by bike along the Drau dam). Numerous other lakes in the immediate vicinity.
The house's amenities leave nothing to be desired and provide you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We have six beds distributed across three bedrooms on the upper floor and the bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the ground floor, there's the very high-quality furnished living-dining room and a guest toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the living area and garden. In addition, there is high-quality crockery and cutlery.
You can park your car directly in front of the house.

Here in Austria's southernmost federal state, temperatures are usually higher, the meadows and trees greener, the lakes warmer, and the people therefore in a better mood. The proximity to the Mediterranean Sea generally creates an almost Mediterranean climate and brings an unusually high number of sunny hours.
