Built in 1740 with extension 1870, the house lies directly between other rest thatched houses inside Wrixum which is closed to Wyk and approximately 1,5 km from the harbour. The 80sqm apartment Tesje has two levels and an own 80sqm garden which is surrounded by a stone wall.
Downstairs you will find a big living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small corridor. In first level you will find two separate bedrooms with 2 double beds a baby bed and an additional toilet. In the adjoining part of the building, you will find a sauna with additional shower and a chilling room. A washing machine and a dryer are available. Also wireless internet with 50 Mbit/s and most Tv channels in HD are available.

Wrixum is directly next to Wyk so that the Wyk promenade and the ferry is reachable just within a 10 minutes walk. A bakery is just 100meters from the apartment.
Wrixum raised in the 15th century and has around 700 inhabitants.
