From the living room there is access to a nice covered and open terrace, where there is the opportunity to grill. There are four good rooms, where the bed distribution is 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 2 bunks. You get free wireless internet and there is Smart TV. In one of the bedrooms you can also watch TV, plus there is a TV that the children can use for their own game console in another room. In the house there are many appliances in the kitchen, such as fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom is the washing machine. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
