From the spacious hallway your reach the spacious living room with access to the south-east facing balcony with a lovely panoramic view. Wank, Dreitorspitze, Alpspitze, Zugspitze, Kramer and even the Daniel in Austria can be seen from it.
In the modern fully equipped kitchen you can prepare a small lunch to a full fledged menu.

Climactic spa area, winter sports metropolis and excursion destination, lively and modern, but also the centre of peace and tradition. You're within reach of the mountains, naturally with Germany's highest mountain, the nearly 3000 m peak of the Zugspitze.
Three train lines and great roads connect GAP with Munich, Tyrol, Allgäu and the Eastern Alps.

You can cancel the rental contract in writing or provide a substitute renter. The flat fee damage claim is 10% of the rental price up to 30 days prior to arrival. The entire rental price is charged for later cancellation. If I can find another renter for the same rental period at the same conditions, only 10% of the rental price is charged.
