Cancellation policy
a. Every cancellation must be communicated to SSH first by phone and then in writing.
b. Points 7c-d-e-f apply in case of cancellation without the cancellation fund offered by SSH, or in case of cancellation (less than) 2 weeks before arrival.
c. In the event of a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the rental start date, 15% of the basic rent will be charged.
d. 50% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the rental start date.
e. 75% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the rental start date.
f. 100% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the rental start date or if the rental period has already begun.
g. In the event of a cancellation, the mediation fee and the associated cancellation costs of €28 will be charged to you.

Getting there
From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp Ring, where you follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Immediately after the border, follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58).
From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder junction, then the A17 to the de Poel junction, then the A58 to Vlissingen.
From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 to Vlissingen.
At the end of the A58 motorway, simply follow the signs to Domburg.

Wunderschönes u. geschmackvolles Ferienhäuschen, welches über ein großes Badezimmer m. Badewanne u. Dusche verfügt. Die Küche beinhaltete alles, was man sich wünscht, z.B. Senseo-Kaffeemaschine u. Filterkaffeemaschine. Auf der ersten Etage gibt es das Schlafzimmer, als offene Galerie z. Wohn-Esszimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es gibt neben dem Kleiderschrank genügend Stauraum für Koffer etc. u. es ist auf dieser Ebene ein Gäste-WC vorhanden. Eine kleine und gemütliche Terrasse mit Bestuhlung und Markise rundeten das Häuschen ab. Der Pkw kann auf dem zugehörigen Parkplatz vor der Türe kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Es sind Spiele u. Tipps für Gastronomie, Fahrradrouten, etc. im Haus vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit dieser Ferienunterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
