The holiday home offers you every imaginable comfort and is furnished in a friendly and bright manner. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an oven/microwave combination and dishwasher. Child-friendly furniture such as a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate on the upper floor are also available, as are comfortable hotel beds, bed linen, and a second toilet. On the southwest-facing terrace, you can sit wonderfully in the sun.

This lovely and bright holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and was built in 2010. It has its own parking space right outside the door, and the lively center of Domburg is only 800 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, there is a small playground. This holiday home is an ideal starting point for a wonderful beach vacation, but also for beautiful bike rides or walks through the extensive dune landscape and the surroundings of Walcheren. The historic cities of Middelburg and Veere are also worth a day trip.
From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp Ring, where you follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Just after the border, follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58).
From Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder junction, then the A17 to the de Poel junction, and then the A58 to Vlissingen.
From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 to Vlissingen.
At the end of the A58 motorway, simply follow the signs to Domburg.

6. Option to Cancel
a. A reservation can be cancelled within 8 days from the reservation date. This must first be done by phone and then in writing by registered mail with the reservation confirmation attached. The reservation fee must be paid in any case.
b. For cancellations after these 8 days, the cancellation conditions apply in full, see point 7.
c. This option to cancel does not apply to reservations made within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
7. Cancellation by the Tenant
a. Any cancellation must be communicated first by phone and then also in writing to SSH.
b. Points 7c-d-e-f apply in case of cancellation without the cancellation fund offered by SSH.
c. For cancellations after 8 days and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the basic rent will be charged.
d. 50% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period.
e. 75% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period.
f. 100% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
g. In the event of a cancellation, the mediation fee and the associated cancellation costs of €28 will be charged.
